Jenn has over 1,000 hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Anuasara, Yin, and yoga therapeutics.
Her practice and teaching styles are constantly evolving due to her interest in and study with various teachers, schools of yoga, and movement modalities, but one thing that remains constant is her passion for helping people unlock a deeper awareness within themselves.
Her classes are infused with detailed alignment cues; a combination of traditional yoga postures and new, explorative approaches to achieve mobility (flexibility and strength)—all packaged within a fun, safe, and thought-provoking environment.

Hi, I'm Johnna! I've been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2016.
I believe yoga is less about perfect poses and more about building an honest relationship with yourself. My classes combine deep breaths, mindful movements, and steady strength in a way that's welcoming, accessible, and thoughtfully paced.
Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, I hope you'll leave feeling more grounded, more capable, and more at home in your body.
Wherever you're beginning from today, there's always a place for you here.

I was introduced to yoga more than twenty years ago, and my yoga practice has taken many forms in the time since.
I became certified to teach yoga in 2021, and continue to study under the guidance of Darren Rhodes and other wonderful teachers.
I love alignment-based and flow styles of asana. In yoga practice - asana, pranayama, meditation, study - I find joy, connection, insight and refuge.
As a yoga instructor I am always a practitioner and a student, and I continue to learn. It is an honor to share this space and this practice with the Tucson community!

Alexis has been exploring any style of yoga she has had access to for over a decade, and continues to have a deep curiosity and reverence for all aspects of yoga.
Studying at Kripalu and then Yoga Oasis, she is a RYT 500 certified instructor.
To describe her class: "I believe we all have a seed of wisdom that sits inside ourselves. It's important to me to give enough instruction to keep you safe, but also provide enough space to invite exploration to find that. I'm here to help you get to know yourself”.
When not on her mat, she can be found weight lifting and training circus arts (particularly acrobatic yoga and aerial silks).
