Join us for a practice as enjoyable as it is restorative.

All movement classes are led by certified instructors, and designed to be accessible to students of every skill level.

  • The Daily Flow

    Build strength to improve form and mobility. Explore poses with greater depth and precision– balance effort and ease; use breath to steady the body and flow between postures as you move through fluid sequences and longer holds. Beginners can work at their own pace, experienced practitioners can explore more advanced pose expressions.


  • Build to a Peak Pose

    Strength-building yoga poses and functional movements that target and engage specific muscle groups and body mechanics. Connect movement patterns and yoga poses to support whole-body function as you build toward a peak pose.  

  • Essentials Hour


    Suitable for all levels, ideal for beginners and practitioners looking to slow down and refine essential yoga postures, breath awareness, and alignment.  

    A well-rounded practice connecting body to breath. Steady, flowing movements are combined with longer holds to develop stability, flexibility and awareness. Explore and refine key poses, such as standing postures, gentle twists, forward bends, and basic balances; with expert guidance and comprehensive queuing.

  • Activate to Release 

    Cultivate deep fascia and connective tissue release using props in supported postures held for 3-5 minutes to improve flexibility and mobility.  Yin practice stresses tissues to promote joint and muscle hydration; encouraging ease and fluidity in the body, inviting the mind to follow suit. This class is designed to encourage practitioners to find stillness and calm in discomfort.


  • Find your Edge 

    Like our signature Yin class, but spicier. Expect to feel the burn in more strenuous holds as you work to find stillness and calm through effort. 

    Suitable for all skill levels-- Kismet encourages you to listen to your body! Breaks are always available at your discretion.
