BUILD TO A PEAK POSE 
Support whole-body function, form, and mobility as you build toward a peak pose. 
A blend of yoga poses that flow from one shape to the next, combined with strength-building postures and functional movements. Target and engage specific muscle groups and body mechanics. 

Relax to Restore

SUPPORTED STRETCH

Unwind as you are guided through gentle postures to stretch muscles while you relax and restore the mind, body, and spirit. Props are used to fully support the body as poses are held for five to ten minutes, allowing the mind and the nervous system to quiet.  This class is for all levels of practitioners seeking restorative relaxation. 

Burn to Build

HEAT-BUILDING YOGA

A heat-building class that invites you to deepen postures while exploring your limits. Self-inquiry is encouraged-- find an expression of each pose that is unique to your body as you follow a series of cues. 
Beginners can work at their own pace, experienced practitioners can explore more advanced pose expressions. Use props to elevate and intensify your practice.

Center to Connect

MOVEMENT & MEDITATION                                           
Reset the nervous system, downshift into conscious rest. A tapestry of Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama.  Gentle movement prepares you to settle in for a guided imagery meditation intended to ground and center. This practice is accessible for those with any level of yoga or meditation experience, including beginners. Ideal for anyone in need of a pause.

Foundations

ESSENTIALS HOUR

Slow down and refine essential yoga postures, breath awareness, and alignment.  
A well-rounded practice connecting the body to breath. Steady, flowing movements are combined with longer holds to develop stability, flexibility and awareness. Explore and refine key poses, such as standing postures, gentle twists, forward bends, and basic balances; with expert guidance and comprehensive queuing. 

Slow Flow

YIN + FLOW + RESTORE

A thoughtful sequence of active and passive postures that invite stillness and deep tissue release. Through mindful movement, supported stillness, and breath awareness, you'll cultivate flexibility and a sense of ease both on and off the mat.

Yin Yoga

ACTIVATE TO RELEASE

Use props and gravity to activate deep connective tissue release. Supported postures held for 3-5 minutes improve flexibility and mobility.  Find stillness as you work to notice sensation and cultivate mind-body connection. 

Learn to differentiate between productive discomfort and pain– create boundaries in your movement to find where you can find stillness in discomfort. Yin practice employs productive, active stress on ligaments, tendons, joints and fascia tissue; all while inviting the mind to quiet.
